The volunteering of time and energy plays an important role in the lifeblood of every community and Garden Court is no exception. We believe volunteer work promotes a healthy community, active residents and lasting friendships.

Participation is optional, but we encourage all of our residents to become, or remain active in our community and the South Everett area.

Garden Court residents have volunteered their time and energy to contribute their knowledge and expertise to make our community a better place to live. They are members of the Resident Council Board, Food Committee, our Gardening Club or share with their fellow neighbors their love of teaching for example: Computer training, Jewelry making classes and Woodcraft classes just to name a few. They volunteer to take charge of the movie showings in our theater, organize groups to play card games such as Pinoccle, Bridge or Poker. Fun games such as Liverpool Rummy and Chicken Dominoes and the list goes on.

We work together with the neighboring schools and encourage involvement with students and our residents to learn from each other thereby bridging the so called “generation gap”.

Church services are provided for residents by neighboring churches. Their dedication to provide our residents with spiritual guidance is truly a blessing.

A warm thank you to all our volunteers for their hard work and dedication to Garden Court 's residents, family members, staff and management.

Without you, the heart of Garden Court would not be beating as healthy!
