Garden Court Retirement Community features 47 apartments licensed for assisted living services. These services are available for residents who want or need assistance with “Activities of Daily Living”.

Our Assisted Living Program in Everett is designed to provide our residents with the assistance they want or need. Each resident has their own, custom tailored Care Plan, that is, first and foremost, created with the goal of enhancing the resident's personal lifestyle and ensuring the continuation of independence and dignity at all times. Our Resident Services Director, Jamie Jewell, LPN, conducts an assessment with the resident and their family member before move-in. Together they design a Care Plan that provides the assistance the future resident wants and needs. A second assessment is conducted 30 days after move-in and then formal assessments will be performed every six months thereafter. However, if family members are aware of a change in assistance needs, a new assessment is conducted to ensure that the Care Plan is current.

Assisted Living services at Garden Court Retirement Community include a variety of specific services in the areas of:

• Personal hygiene and appearance
• Bathing/dressing needs
• Medication assistance and reminders
• Food Service Assistance
• Cognitive support

The resident, their family members and the management of Garden Court Retirement Community reach agreement on fee charges for assisted living services. This fee is in addition to the monthly rent and are based on the resident's needs and wants.
