Garden Court Retirement Community offers 148 studio, one and two bedroom apartments with a variety of floor plans to choose from. We designed your apartment to fit your needs and wants. Wide door entrances provide room for easy access for walkers/wheelchairs, showers equipped with seats and grip bars, your own washer and dryer, and spacious walk-in closets are just a few extra's offered.

Independent Living:
Your monthly rate includes two meals a day (third meal optional for a small additional charge); all utilities paid except phone; weekly housekeeping and linen service; scheduled transportation for shopping and medical appointments; participation in our Life Enrichment Program; and all other services and amenities offered at Garden Court.
Assisted Living:
Your monthly rent includes three meals per day, all utilities paid except phone; weekly housekeeping and linen service; scheduled transportation for shopping and medical appointments; participation in our Life Enrichment Program; and all other services and amenities offered at Garden Court. An assessment will be performed by our healthcare staff to assist in determining your personalized, Negotiated Service Plan. Assisted living services are provided for a fee that is in addition to the monthly rent. Additional fees for services correlate directly to care levels, as listed below.
Monthly Rental Rates:

- Two Bedroom $3645 - $3895
- Two Bedroom w/ Den $4350
Assisted Living Rates:
- Basic (0-5 pts) $290
- Level One (6-15 pts) $740
- Level Two (16-25 pts) $1,190
- Level Three (26-35 pts) $1,790
Second person charge is an additional $650 per month.
