Garden Court Retirement Community Activity Program

Our Activity Program is fun filled and offers something new and interesting for our residents to look forward to each and every day. Our full-time Activities Director, Sarah Urbrick, has created an energetic and diverse program which includes Bingo, Ceramic Classes, Jewelry Making, Card and Stamp Shop to name just a few. Weekly bus trips have included visits to Leavenworth, Bellingham, Skagit Valley Casino, Country Village, Outlet Centers, picnics at Kayak Point, ferry rides to Langley etc. Overnight stays at Winthrop or three day get-a-ways at the Beach in Oregon. Why not become a member of our Red Hat Society Group "Hattitudes with Attitude" and join us for fun outings and luncheons dressed up in reds and purples! Strut your stuff!!

Transportation to and from medical appointments are provided free of charge on Tuesdays and Thursdays (within a 10 miles radius). Shopping and bank/post office visits are scheduled every Monday and we take our seniors swimming weekly, free of charge. Almost on a daily basis we utilize our transportation for fun trips or the necessary ones.

The residents at Garden Court have an important role in the development and diversity of our Program. We welcome residents input and feedback and incorporate reasonable requests into our program.

Our Volunteer Program encourages residents to become actively involved in our neighborhood and community and donate their time and energy to causes and organizations in the South Everett area.
