Marketing Assistant (full time)

compensation: Hourly plus performance bonuses + benefits

Premier Senior Living Community is looking for the next great Marketing Assistant to support the continued success of mission and brand. The key parts of this position is interfacing with prospective residents and their families, managing the move in process, supporting the implementation of sales and marketing efforts including: coordinating mailings, events, newsletter development, and organizing the integration of new residents into the community. A professional image and presentation is necessary coupled with a warmth, friendliness, and respect for seniors.
Required Qualifications
§ 3-5 years experience in office administration
§ Demonstrated skill in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and Social Networks
§ Able to maintain clear, consistent systems and devise new ones where necessary
§ Can work independently and take next steps without day to day direction
§ Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
§ Effective time management and the ability to prioritize work
§ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
§ Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
§ Have drivers license, own transportation and punctual
§ Must be reliable and can pass background checks and can work on Sundays

Preferred, but not required:
§ Knowledge of the senior living industry/customer service environment
